Lifetime Residual Income — Receive 45%-55% of the revenue generated from your portfolio Vesting — Life-time residuals after achieving $2,500 in monthly residual income for as long as merchants process with Better Together Uncapped Earnings — No income ceiling; top performers can build significant long-term income Work Environment & Benefits Flexible schedule Work-from-home flexibility Growth and advancement opportunities Ongoing training and sales support Entrepreneurial, supportive culture Position Summary As an Outside Sales Representative , you will develop and manage a pipeline of business owners, identify opportunities to improve their payment processing solutions, and close new merchant accounts through consultative B2B selling. You'll leverage your skills in prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and account development to create long-term value for clients while building your own recurring income stream. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and territory development Present payment processing solutions to business owners and decision-makers Conduct needs assessments and recommend customized merchant services solutions Negotiate pricing and close new merchant accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term retention Manage sales activity, pipeline, and follow-up using Salesforce or CRM tools Research market opportunities and identify target industries Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent client experience Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue goals Qualifications Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience in merchant services required Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management Strong prospecting and closing skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Experience using CRM platforms Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Technology or solution-based sales experience is a plus Ideal Candidate You may be a fit if you are: Driven by uncapped earning potential Entrepreneurial and comfortable working independently Skilled at building trust with business owners Looking to create long-term residual income, not just short-term commissions Motivated to grow with a company that values integrity and performance Why Better Together?
