Strong sales abilities and a results-oriented mindset Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Proficient with computers and CRM systems Down-to-earth personality; someone who enjoys outdoor lifestyles (hunting, farming, etc.) is a plus You have experience in the building industry (preferred) Working knowledge of metal roofing and post-frame buildings (preferred)

About The Role:

The purpose of an outside sales representative is to drive revenue growth by converting leads into customers in the most effective and efficient manner possible. You will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism while meeting and following up with customers. Your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to: Meeting with customers to discuss projects, proving customer quotes, gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. You will also work closely with our inside sales team to help service customers and provide quotations.

Up to $125,000.00 per year
