Duties Actively seek out new sales opportunities through door-to-door visits, community engagement, and targeted marketing efforts Present and demonstrate our solutions to prospective customers, emphasizing benefits and technical features Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on sales prospects Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and support company growth objectives Lead by example in representing the company professionally at all times, demonstrating leadership qualities in team settings Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, energy sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong knowledge of CRM software tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a confident, persuasive communication style Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases Experience in door-to-door sales or direct marketing campaigns is preferred Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining high levels of motivation and organization Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for sales meets meaningful contributions to our solutions.
