Qualifications Strong sales-focused skills, including Sales Presentations and New Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to establish trust, retain clients, and support long-term partnerships. Clear, professional Communication skills, both in person and in writing, to explain products, pricing, and value effectively. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, comfortable working on a commission-only structure with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to spend most of the day meeting clients off-site. Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles; experience in signage, printing, marketing, or related industries is a plus. Ability to use CRM or sales tracking tools, and proficiency with standard office and mobile productivity software. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial. Experience Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with experience in territory management and lead generation strategies Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer information Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and adapt sales approaches accordingly Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for direct sales is essential Demonstrated ability to work independently in a commission-only environment while maintaining motivation and resilience Embark on an exciting journey where your proactive approach and strategic mindset will propel your career forward.
