Position Overview As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property inspections, meeting with homeowners, building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing contracts. This is a commission-only position designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to sell and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with people, and creating their own success without income limitations. Responsibilities Generate and develop new business opportunities through: Door-to-door prospecting Referrals Networking Community outreach Self-generated leads Conduct residential property inspections Identify roofing and exterior restoration opportunities Meet with homeowners and explain products, services, and project solutions Assist customers through insurance restoration processes when applicable Prepare and present estimates and proposals Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project status Work closely with project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction Represent Skyline Contracting professionally at all times QualificationsRequired Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working outdoors and meeting customers face-to-face Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to learn technical roofing and restoration concepts Preferred Previous outside sales experience Roofing, construction, restoration, or home improvement sales experience Insurance restoration knowledge Experience with CRM systems Door-to-door sales experience Candidates without industry experience are encouraged to apply if they possess strong sales ability and a willingness to learn.
