Outside Sales Representative Amusement Vending Company | Florida About Us We are a privately owned, fast-growing amusement vending company built on teamwork, customer focus, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The Opportunity As we continue expanding across Florida, we're hiring our first Outside Sales Representative to help build our sales function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants more than "just a sales job." You'll own outbound sales for your territory, help define sales processes, and directly impact company growth. If you like autonomy, hustle, and building something meaningful — this role is for you. What You'll Be Selling You'll work directly with: Bars & restaurants Clubs & fraternal organizations Hotels & theaters Gas stations & convenience stores Event venues and entertainment locations You'll offer amusement games, jukeboxes, ATMs, and related equipment — often at zero or minimal upfront cost to the customer. We install, service, collect, and maintain the equipment, and simply share profits after a small threshold.

Part-time side hustles are welcome in a 1099 contract role, or W2 as a Full Time role.

Key Responsibilities Self-source leads through cold calling, networking, and vetted data Build relationships with business owners and decision makers Perform site surveys and recommend appropriate equipment Present solutions, negotiate terms, and close contracts Coordinate installations and support initial collections Maintain relationships through early account performance Collaborate with operations, service, and collections teams Create and maintain a CRM (HubSpot preferred) Help build SOPs for future sales reps Contribute feedback on market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities Spend most of your time in the field, traveling between locations using your own vehicle Must-Have Traits Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ownership mentality — follow through from start to finish Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter mindset with minimal supervision Effort + attitude — without both, this role won't work Nice to Have Top performance in previous sales roles Experience selling to bars, restaurants, theaters, or retail locations Background in small or growing businesses Comfort wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment What We're Looking For in a Sales Leader Hunter mentality with relationship-building skills Ability to develop and manage your own pipeline Appreciation for independence, accountability, and autonomy Growth mindset — always improving yourself and the company Customer-first mentality — relationships matter here Education & Experience 3+ year of outside sales experience generating your own leads Bachelor's degree preferred (business or related field) Compensation & Structure 100% commission-based (1099 contractor) or Full-Time W2 $100-$1,000 per sale , depending on equipment mix No cap on commissions Realistic earning potential: $60,000-$90,000+ annually with full-time effort Commission is paid in three parts, all within 60 days of account approval, based on approval, installation, and first collection milestones.
