Outside Sales Representative - Lumber & Building Materials Toccoa Lumber Mill & Building Supplies is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to help grow our contractor, builder, remodeling, and specialty lumber business throughout North Georgia, East Tennessee, Western North Carolina, and surrounding markets. Compensation & Benefits $22.00 per hour 40 hours per week guaranteed 1.5% commission on all sales No commission cap Weekly paycheck plus commission earnings Company-paid fuel Mileage reimbursement Paid time off and benefits available Territory This position will focus on builders, contractors, remodelers, developers, and property managers throughout North Georgia, East Tennessee, and Western North Carolina. Work Location Remote / Work From Home Opportunity Qualified candidates may work remotely from their home office. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Mineral Bluff, Georgia , to allow for regular customer visits, job site meetings, team collaboration, and participation in local industry events. What You'll Do Develop new contractor, builder, and remodeling accounts Maintain and grow existing customer relationships Call on builders, property managers, developers, and construction professionals Generate quotes and sales opportunities for lumber, building materials, specialty wood products, millwork, siding, flooring, beams, and timbers Identify opportunities in both residential and commercial construction markets Build long-term customer relationships through service, product knowledge, and reliability Represent a respected local lumber company with manufacturing capabilities that most competitors do not offer What We're Looking For Experience in lumber, building materials, construction, contractor sales, or a related industry Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently Proven ability to develop new business and manage existing accounts Knowledge of residential construction, remodeling, and building materials preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Toccoa Lumber Mill?
