  • Contract Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth within their designated territory. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings. Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and brand promotion. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote products and expand professional connections. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record in B2B sales environments. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Strong account management capabilities to nurture long-term client relationships. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing leads and sales processes. Knowledge of technology sales is a plus, along with experience in direct sales or territory management. Strong analytical skills for assessing market data and making informed decisions. Ability to conduct product demos effectively, showcasing features that meet client needs. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in retail sales or inside sales can be advantageous for this position.
