In this role, you will actively pursue new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and promote our premium products to wholesale buyers, grocery chains, and food service providers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants unlimited earning potential through commission. We rarely seek new sales people, most of our team have been with us 10-20 yrs. Duties Generate new business through outside sales, prospecting, and cold calling Visit restaurants, supermarkets, and food service clients Handle inbound and outbound sales calls Present pricing, promotions, and product offerings Build long-term customer relationships Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals Requirements Previous sales experience preferred (meat distribution a plus or Meat cutter but not required Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and in a team environment Fluent in English (REQUIRED) Bilingual in Spanish/Cantonese/Mandarin/Vietnamese (PREFERRED) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Paid Training Weekends and major holidays off Paid time off (PTO) and sick time Health Insurance IRA retirement plan Uncapped commission structure (high earning potential) Growth opportunities within the company
