Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving sales growth in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively manage their territory. Duties Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales goals. Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and networking. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities within the territory. Collaborate with the marketing and internal sales team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts. Experience Proven experience in sales Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Experience in territory management, demonstrating the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time. Familiarity with cold calling techniques and strategies for successful outreach. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential clients. Knowledge of market dynamics relevant to the construction industry is a plus.
