We specialize in warehousing, drayage, transloading, rework, and industrial logistics solutions for importers, manufacturers, and distributors. We are looking for an ambitious outside sales representative who can hit the ground running and help generate new business quickly. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for someone with enough sales experience to confidently prospect, build relationships, and close opportunities independently — but who still thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. What We're Looking For Experience in B2B sales, logistics, warehousing, transportation, supply chain, or related industries preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, networking, and field sales Self-motivated and highly accountable Able to work independently without heavy micromanagement Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of urgency Comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment Responsibilities Generate and develop new customer relationships Prospect importers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and logistics customers Conduct outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person meetings Coordinate with internal operations team to support quoting and onboarding Maintain consistent sales activity and pipeline reporting Help expand our footprint within the NJ/NY port market Compensation Structure This position begins as a 1099 independent contractor role with an initial 6-month term . The goal of this structure is simple: create an opportunity for motivated sales professionals to prove results quickly while building long-term earning potential. Successful representatives who generate and retain business during the initial term may be offered: A longer-term agreement Expanded territory or account ownership Enhanced compensation structure Potential 2-year contract opportunity tied to performance and retained customer revenue This role is ideal for someone who wants real upside and prefers a growth-oriented environment over a heavily corporate structure.
