Our mission is to help children build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of movement through joyful, age‑appropriate sports classes. We are expanding across the Seattle market and are looking for an energetic, outgoing, sports‑minded Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our network of partner centers and drive parent enrollments. This role blends territory management , relationship‑building , and community outreach — perfect for someone who loves sports, enjoys talking to people, and thrives in a commission‑based environment. Position Overview This is a pure outside sales role . You will visit preschools and childcare centers, introduce SportzNmore , build relationships with directors, secure new partnerships, and support enrollment by tabling during parent pick‑up times. You'll leverage your skills in business development and territory management to forge meaningful partnerships that help families access high‑quality sports enrichment. What You'll Do Prospecting & Outreach Visit preschools, Montessori schools, and childcare centers across the Seattle area Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies within assigned territories Build rapport with directors and identify decision‑makers Manage a pipeline of prospective centers through proactive lead generation, cold visits, and follow‑ups Track outreach activity using CRM tools or simple tracking sheets Partnership Acquisition Deliver engaging program presentations tailored to preschool administrators Secure agreements for SportzNmore to run weekly sports classes Coordinate with our coaching team for program launch and scheduling Maintain strong relationships with center directors Parent Enrollment & Tabling Set up a small table during parent pick‑up/drop‑off windows Engage parents and explain the program Assist families with on‑the‑spot enrollment Support coaches by driving strong enrollment numbers Brand Representation Represent SportzNmore with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm Collaborate with marketing on territory‑specific outreach campaigns Communicate our mission and values to centers and families What We're Looking ForRequired Outgoing, confident communicator Comfortable with door‑to‑door or in‑person sales Passion for sports, fitness, or youth programs Reliable transportation Self‑motivated and able to manage your own schedule Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling/visiting, and customer service Preferred Experience in outside sales, canvassing, or B2B outreach Familiarity with CRM tools Experience in youth sports, childcare, or early education Ability to analyze territory trends and adjust strategies accordingly Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset Compensation This is a commission‑based role with strong earning potential.
