Deptford Signarama is looking for a passionate Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Best of Gloucester County 2025 award winner, we offer an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted brand while growing your career. In this role, you will be the face of Deptford Signarama — personally representing our brand with clients and prospects, understanding their branding needs, and ensuring those needs are accurately communicated to our production team.
WHO YOU ARE
▸ A confident, self-motivated self-starter who is driven to succeed ▸ High energy with an engaging, enthusiastic approach to every interaction ▸ Skilled at maintaining professional yet personable rapport with clients ▸ A natural closer who consistently follows through on commitments ▸ A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude ▸ Detail-oriented with a passion for the design and sign industry ▸ Previous sign industry sales experience is a plus — but not required
WHAT YOU'LL DO
▸ Drive outbound lead generation and build robust sales pipeline ▸ Respond promptly to client and prospective client inquiries ▸ Meet with clients to advise on the best sign and branding solutions for their needs ▸ Generate, present, and negotiate estimates for sign and branding projects ▸ Convert estimates into confirmed orders with strong closing techniques ▸ Maintain consistent follow-through with clients throughout the project lifecycle ▸ Represent the Signarama brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction
