That means:

Close a $1,000 sale → Earn $300 Close a $2,000 sale → Earn $600 Close a $3,000 sale → Earn $900 Close a $4,000 sale → Earn $1,200 You don't need to wait months or reach a minimum sales target to qualify for your starting commission rate. Tier 2 — 35% Commission | Reward Your Consistency Close at least 5 qualifying sales per month for 2 consecutive months to advance to our 35% commission tier.

Responsibilities include:

Identify potential clients through in-person business visits, cold calling, networking, and other independent prospecting methods. Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers. Introduce Arch Empires' website development and marketing services. Identify businesses that could benefit from improved websites, stronger online visibility, or additional marketing support. Explain the value and benefits of our services. Present service packages and available examples. Conduct sales conversations and negotiate within authorized pricing guidelines. Close sales and help new clients begin the onboarding process. Follow up with prospective customers. Maintain accurate records of prospects and completed sales.
