$40,000 - $150,000 Dave's Pest Control is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to help build and expand our year-round door-to-door sales program . This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and wants to build real sales skills with long-term growth potential. Compensation & Benefits This role starts with a base salary + commission , giving you stability while you develop your sales skills and build production.

What You'll Do Generate new customers through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods Educate homeowners on pest issues and available pest control solutions Build trust and communicate professionally with customers Close new pest control service agreements Work within assigned territories and manage daily field activity Track leads, sales, and performance metrics Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and development Help strengthen and improve the sales program as it grows What We're Looking For We are looking for candidates who are confident, motivated, and willing to work hard.
