Territory Sales Manager

Fast. That's why we're looking for a self-motivated, experienced sales professional to manage our territory from Charlton to Coffee counties , with the main office location in Waycross. $85,000
  • 120,000 expected , with top earners exceeding $200,000 No Cap on Commission

  • Control your day, your week, and your territory Company-Provided Cell Phone Allowance IRA Matching + Employee Discounts This is a Full-Time Role with consistent opportunity What You'll Be Doing Owning your territory— you create the connections , build and manage relationships with Industry Partners, follow the leads, and close the deals.
Direct selling to customers—we manufacture our products in-house and sell straight to the public, no middlemen Representing a trusted brand with strong local presence and high-value offerings Developing long-term relationships within your community Managing your own success and shaping your future What We're Looking For 3+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience A proven background in outside sales , negotiation , and customer engagement Reliable transportation (this is field work, not a desk job) Strong business development instincts and marketing sense Someone who's self-driven, not micromanaged A sharp communicator with serious listening skills and the ability to close Our Expectations Are Simple
