As the only fully integrated Quebec-owned company, from collecting to transport, material processing, and recovery, My client has established a strong reputation that ensures seamless management of all stages of the recycling chain in Quebec and beyond. With offices in New Jersey and Miami. Leveraging an extensive and diverse business network, the organization works diligently to identify global markets for recyclable materials. My client continues to create new opportunities for sorting centers, businesses, and citizens alike. I am recruiting for an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base by engaging directly with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, will empower you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead growth initiatives, leverage innovative CRM tools, and make a tangible impact on our company's success. Responsibilities Develop new businesses by identifying and prospecting potential clients in assigned territories. Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships. Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and services. Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to clients. Build partnerships by saving our partners money. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence. Experience Proven track record in outside sales, preferably within Telecom, Copier, Construction, solar, or technical sales environments. Experience with door-to-door sales strategies and building rapport with diverse customer bases. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing leads and tracking progress. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships. Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluency required). 2+ years of experience in outside sales. Strong business acumen. Knowledge of marketing principles and customer service best practices to enhance overall sales effectiveness. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation. Ability to travel within assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Client offer car and mileage allowance along with aggressive commission payouts.
Pay:
$45,800.00 - $50,000.00 per year
