Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and self-starting Packaging Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for actively soliciting new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts throughout the Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable building strong relationships with customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous packaging or printing industry experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities within target markets Build and maintain strong customer relationships Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth Understand customer packaging needs and recommend appropriate solutions Follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities Coordinate with internal production and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution Maintain accurate records of customer communications and sales activities Represent Precision Graphics professionally at meetings, calls, and industry events as needed Qualifications Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively Strong attention to detail and follow-through Sales experience preferred Packaging, printing, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary and commission structure based on performance Health benefits SEP IRA retirement plan Opportunity to grow with a stable, family-owned company Remote work considered for qualified Pacific Northwest candidates How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your experience and interest in the position.
