- Catch A Fish Wellness is a busy, welcoming acupuncture and Chinese Medicine clinic in Herndon, and we're looking for a warm, outgoing person to help more of our community discover us.
You'll be out and about — dropping in on local businesses, building relationships with corporate wellness contacts, and putting a friendly face on our clinic wherever you go. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the community, making a good first impression, and following up over time to turn a friendly hello into a new patient walking through our doors. If you're the kind of person who makes friends everywhere you go — or you've done outreach, sales, events, or community relations before — we'd love to meet you. What We're Looking For Outgoing and warm. You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations with strangers. You make a good first impression and people remember you. Reliable and self-directed. This is the big one. Nobody's looking over your shoulder out there — we need someone who follows through on visits and check-ins without being reminded. Organized. You keep track of who you've talked to, when, and what's next, so relationships don't fall through the cracks. Comfortable representing the clinic. You're professional, polished, and a good ambassador for our name when you're out in the community. Interested in wellness (a plus). An interest in acupuncture, Chinese medicine, or healthy living helps you talk about what we do with real enthusiasm. What You'll Do Visit local businesses with a small marketing package (and usually something sweet) to build name recognition Follow up on relationships over time rather than one-and-done visits Connect with HR contacts or wellness coordinators at larger employers about wellness days, lunch-and-learns, or employee discount programs Keep simple records of who you've contacted and what came of it Represent Catch A Fish warmly and professionally everywhere you go What You'll Need Availability for a flexible schedule of about 10 hours per week to start Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed at $0.76/mile) Comfortable using a phone/computer for basic scheduling and tracking Clear, friendly communication Prior sales, outreach, events, or community relations experience is a plus — a great attitude matters more Schedule Flexible, approximately 10 hours a week to start, with room to grow as the role proves out. - 22/hour for time spent on outreach (visits, meetings, prep, drive time) $0.
