Pharmacy Sales Representative

Duties Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via digital channels to promote products and services Develop a deep understanding of pricing strategies to offer competitive solutions while maximizing revenue Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to enhance their experience and increase sales volume Assist customers with inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and ensure a positive shopping experience Manage merchandising displays to ensure products are well-presented and accessible Handle heavy lifting when necessary to stock shelves or transport promotional materials safely Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate deals, close sales, and build lasting customer relationships Apply military discipline and organizational skills to meet daily sales targets and operational goals Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey product benefits and pricing options Strong math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and profit margins accurately Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with a focus on upselling techniques Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving or route driving preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various environments Knowledge of merchandising principles to optimize product displays and store layouts Exceptional organizational skills for managing schedules, routes, and inventory records Experience with driving large vehicles or trucks is advantageous, especially for route driving tasks Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and resilience Join us as a Sales Representative and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations!
