Mandalay Polls and Spas designs and builds custom swimming pools and spas across the Tampa Bay area. We serve homeowners in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties with high quality construction and a steady flow of company generated leads. We are hiring a motivated commission only sales representative. You will travel within these three counties to meet with prospective customers, follow up on all company leads, present proposals and close sales, This is a full time sales position with no base salary-earnings are 100% commission. Strong closers with a reliable vehicle and a desire to earn based on performance do well in this role.

Responsibilities:

• follow up and manage all company generated leads
• qualify prospects, conduct site visits and present pool/spa proposals.
• close sales and coordinate handoff to the construction team
• maintain accurate notes and activity in the company's lead system

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• strong sales skills and a ability to close deals.
• self motivated and comfortable working on commission only
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• prior sales experience preferred
• comfortable working independentily in the field Compensation & Details
