Are you currently leading agents but feel limited by the resources, support, or leadership structure around you? Jeff Cook Real Estate LPT Realty is looking for a proven real estate leader to oversee and grow our Charlotte market. This is not an administrative office manager position. This is a growth leadership role responsible for: Recruiting experienced agents Coaching agents to higher production Driving office profitability Building culture and accountability Developing future leaders Success in this role looks like: Consistently attracting and recruiting productive agents to the office Increasing office transaction count year over year Conducting weekly coaching sessions with agents Improving agent retention Developing future leaders within the office Why Join Us?
