Regional Sales Representative Ontario, CA 91761 Hybrid work From $72,000 a year - Full-time From $72,000 a year - Full-time Company Description NiuSource, celebrating its 23rd anniversary in 2026, specializes in manufacturing and distributing a wide range of raw ingredients for various industries (Food & Beverages, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Cosmetics, Personal care etc.) The company's ingredients are manufactured to the highest international standards and audited by customers and third-party certification companies. NiuSource's mission is centered on Quality, Integrity, and Customer Service. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager (West Coast/East Coast/Central Area) at NiuSource Inc. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to expanding the company's client base, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing technical support, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in each area region. If you are confidence to your sales skills, we can negotiate a flexible compensation plan. Qualifications
  • Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
  • Food and beverage application/technical knowledge/Food science background is preferred
  • Passionate on locating and exploring new business
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, relationship building Experience in the Food & Beverage, Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, or related industries
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, highly self-discipline on his/her own schedule
  • Knowledge of International Standards and Certification processes Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Industry
