Schedule:
 Remote, Monday- Friday, 8-5
Pay:
$89,744.60-$104,331.85 annually
Summary:
This role is responsible for maximizing polyolefin resin sales within a designated domestic region. In alignment with corporate strategy and the Polyolefins Business Division goals, the Senior Sales Representative will drive new business development while expanding relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate strategies for growth, business, and product development. Coordinate and facilitate market strategies and pricing to impact customer product mix and profitability. Coordinate and facilitate pricing and credit terms. Coordinate and facilitate sales contracts; solicit sales orders and agreements. Coordinate and facilitate with marketing and business development to create, recommend, and implement strategic sales plans and tactics. Develop pre-contract plans, contact decision-makers, and initiate the sales process. Develop and sustain consistently high-quality customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to implement and reinforce customer expectations, commitments, and branding. Coordinate with marketing on pricing, competitive positioning, and sales strategies. Provide ongoing technical support to customers, including resolution of product quality complaints. Coordinate and resolve pricing adjustments, payment discrepancies, customer complaints, and service issues in a timely manner. Support consignment sales and product samples.
Education and Experience:
10 - 15 years of direct sales experience in the plastics industry. A minimum of 2 years in polyolefins sales is preferred. Familiarity with polyolefins production processes, technology, and terminology. Demonstrated sales achievements and performance trends within a sales function. Ability to manage small, medium, and large accounts with complex product portfolios and interface at the executive level. B.A. or B.S. degree preferred. Relevant experience and technical skills may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree; however, a 2-year degree is required at minimum. Excellent English verbal, comprehension, and writing skills, with strong presentation abilities. Ability to apply knowledge and best practices to improve sales effectiveness. Knowledge of business statistics, including probability and statistical inference. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Sirius Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
