Role Overview In this role, you will meet with qualified homeowners, present our roofing, gutter, and insulation solutions, and guide customers through the sales process from initial inspection to signed contract. With preset, company-provided leads and the opportunity to generate additional business through referrals and self-sourced prospects, this position offers significant earning potential for motivated sales professionals. This is a commission-only role, with an 8-week draw to support you as you ramp up. Successful consultants are expected to earn $150,000+ per year with strong performance. You will be provided with a company vehicle, phone, and iPad to support your work in the field. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Run pre-set, company-provided sales appointments with interested homeowners (no cold calling required). Generate additional leads through referrals and self-sourced opportunities. Safely access and inspect roofs, gutters, and attics to assess customer needs and document conditions. Present and sell company products and services, including: Gutter Shutter® maintenance-free gutter systems GAF roofing systems Dr. Energy Saver® insulation and energy efficiency solutions Develop and deliver professional, in-home sales presentations to homeowners. Guide customers through the proposal, pricing, and contract process with clarity and transparency. Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, communication, and follow-up. Maintain accurate records in CRM software and submit required paperwork on time. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and activity targets. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Comfortable working at heights and physically able to get on and off roofs safely. Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills. Ability to deliver effective sales presentations and close deals. Basic PC proficiency and ability to learn CRM and mobile apps. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Roofing or construction experience is not required , but is helpful; we will train the right sales-minded candidate. Preferred Skills Post-secondary degree in Sales, Marketing, Construction, or a related field. 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction, home improvement, or in-home services. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
