This position reports to:
Residential Sales Manager __ The Residential Specialist role reports to the Residential Sales Manager and will focus on the growth of the residential product portfolio in a defined geography. This role has the primary responsibility for driving sales of all ABB residential products through the electrical distribution channel in an assigned market. The work model for the role is: Remote, Atlanta, GA #LI-remote Your role and responsibilities: Engage, maintain relationships, and create market expansion with electrical contractors, builders, and channel partners. Drive increased market penetration for residential product lines. Work closely with the Product Marketing Management team on market feedback, new product launches, pricing strategy, future product needs. Become product champion and expert for the residential segment within the assigned geography by educating and updating channel partners and customers on current and upcoming products and market trends. Understand the competitive landscape and be able to articulate ABB's unique value proposition around our residential offer.Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor degree preferred 3+ years of experience in residential electrical products or construction including technical sales or field sales experience in geography Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
