Our product has already passed long-life durability testing and three foundational fire-performance tests. The remaining test program is scheduled for completion next month, after which we will enter the formal sales-qualification application stage. On the association and compliance side, we are already members of the Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA), the Georgia Roofing Association, and the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association. The trade shows bring thousands of qualified prospects to you. Your job is to work the floor, build the relationships, and close the deals. In short — the product is approaching commercial launch, and the national channel-building window is opening right now. This is the moment when a sales professional adds the most value: get in early, build the network, lock in the commission pipeline. Why We're Hiring Nationally EcoRoc's product positioning isn't bound to one or two states. The Sun Belt — Florida, Texas, Georgia, Arizona, North Carolina, California — is our primary focus, but if you have real roofing-industry experience and a network of contractors, distributors, or builders in your state, we want to hear from you. We care more about what resources you can mobilize than what state you live in. Position Overview We are hiring experienced Roofing Sales & Business Development Specialists to lead market development in their home state and adjacent regions. This role is ideal for someone already inside the roofing industry, with a background such as: Roofing contractor Roofing product distributor Builder / new-construction procurement channel Roofing or building-materials manufacturer Commercial / residential roofing systems professional The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking peer-to-peer with industry professionals and capable of bringing an innovative roofing product to market. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with roofing contractors, distributors, builders, and industry partners in your state and surrounding region Drive outreach through calls, emails, networking events, and trade shows Grow EcoRoc's contractor, distributor, and builder network in your territory Present EcoRoc's roofing system and product positioning to prospective partners Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up communication Report back on contractor needs, pricing dynamics, and product-adoption signals from your local market Contribute to regional business-development strategy and go-to-market execution Represent EcoRoc at state roofing association meetings, the Florida Roofing Expo, the Texas Roofing Conference, the Florida Builders Show, IRE 2027, and other industry events

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills An existing roofing or builder network in your state or region is a major plus Trade-show floor-sales or exhibitor experience preferred Comfortable engaging with contractors, distributors, builders, and business owners Self-driven, proactive, organized, and professional Willing to travel for association meetings, trade shows, and key-account visits Compensation & Upside — This Is The Core of the Role EcoRoc offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure — but make no mistake: commission is where the real money is in this role. Our product has substantial market potential and is entering the national channel-building phase, which means early hires capture the largest channel dividend. Combined with our confirmed exhibitor presence at major trade shows (Florida Roofing Expo, Texas Roofing Conference, Florida Builders Show, and
IRE 2027
), the earnings potential in the launch phase is wide open: Depending on volume, total annual earnings are expected to fall in the $100K to several-hundred-thousand-dollar range For top performers who mobilize significant channel resources, total earnings reaching the seven-figure range are entirely possible — this is what early-stage new-product market entry looks like No artificial commission cap. The harder you sell, the more you earn.
