Roofing Sales Representative

I am seeking 1 motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. we use door knocking as the primary source of leads. Along with the Oklahoma storms. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for canvassing and developing inspections, documenting potential issues to homeowners about their home. and promote our services to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a passion for sales, wants to make $$$ and wants to contribute to the growth of our company. ###

Duties:

• Identify and target potential customers in any given market.
• Conduct sales presentations
• Develop and sell. That is your job, most all other aspects will be done for your projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• During your inspection you analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends ###

Experience:

• Proven experience in roofing sales, reading insurance scopes and meeting adjusters.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
• commission is15/55/45
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
