Job Description

Sales & Marketing Lead About Pause Pause Studio is a modern recovery brand built to restore the human condition. Using cutting-edge technologies and age-old healing principles, Pause is a place to relax, recharge, renew and ultimately resume life in a clearer, happier, healthier state of mind. Pause offers a wide array of evidence-based wellness services such as flotation therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, cryotherapy, LED light therapy, compression therapy, and IV vitamin infusion (drip) therapy
  • all designed to optimize rest and recovery, reduce stress, increase immunity, and promote well-being.
THE ROLE
The Sales and Marketing Lead will be tasked with expanding awareness and interest in Pause, generating leads, increasing sales opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through timely follow-up. This is an ideal role for someone who is ready to build upon a solid sales, marketing, and customer service background, and grow into a larger role over time. Interest in the wellness space is a bonus; as is familiarity with CRM and social media platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Events & Outreach Lead Pause Sarasota's marketing and community events program in collaboration with owner and
Studio Manager:
Coordinate tabling events, activations, and pop-ups, including scheduling, setup, staffing, logistics, and reporting Establish and nurture relationships with aligned businesses for collaboration and joint events Work with owner and General Manager to set and track appropriate sales goals for events and coach event staff in meeting established KPIs. Support Social Media initiatives with content creation, capturing compelling footage/images at events (and leading up to same) for use in social channels Sales Leadership Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for private parties, memberships, packages, and retail products Collaborate with owner(s) and GM to design corporate programs and co-branded campaigns/events, including setting and driving appropriate sales goals Identify potential corporate wellness and B2B sales opportunities; manage and track outreach efforts Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting to GM/owner(s) Participate in local networking events and community activities
POSITION TYPE
This is a flexible, part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time as the business expands. We are open seven days a week, so it is reasonable to assume that some evenings and weekends will be required, especially for events. This is a hybrid role that will combine both in-studio and field work, reliable transportation is a must.
