Job Description
Role Overview Sales, marketing, & day-to-day administrative tasks to grow the gym. Responsible for lead generation to support membership growth. Accountable for sales metrics. Support working at the front desk and make sure people feel welcome. Be part of the team and help create a strong, positive gym community. Qualifications Works out at MAD 2x/week or more and enjoys being part of the community Friendly, reliable, and confident talking to people in person or over text Learns tech quickly (Walla, Go High Level, Google, social media) and follows steps well Comfortable with retail sales, light cleaning, and jumping in to help the team when needed Training Requirements Complete on the job training (sales & marketing, tech systems, brand standards) Compensation 1099 Contractor Position Paid training, 20 hours/week; total OTE ~ $22K annually; ~$1,800/month

None Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of leads per month Conversion of leads to trials Conversion of trials to members Number of grassroots/tabling per month Number of Google reviews each month All recurring tasks are done on time General Responsibilities Take MAD classes 2-4 times a week Show up for scheduled shifts on time and ready Plan, manage, organize, and prep all logistics for grassroots/tabling or any other lead generation events Make sales and follow up with new leads and trials using Walla (text, email, and call workflows) Enter notes into the CRM to keep lead and member info up to date
