Our consultants have the opportunity to offer solar, battery storage, roofing, HVAC, windows, EV charging, electrical upgrades, and other home improvement solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet with homeowners and conduct consultations Analyze utility bills and home improvement needs Present customized solutions Generate self-sourced leads and referrals Follow up with prospects Build relationships with homeowners and referral partners Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) Registration Required Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable transportation Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work independently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Solar sales experience Home improvement sales experience Roofing, HVAC, window, or remodeling sales experience Existing referral network

COMPENSATION

Commission-Based Position Expected Earnings:
