Job Description
Top staffing offices in South Orange County are growing, and we're hiring high-impact Sales Consultants to join our winning team. This is a hybrid role—split between the office, working from home, and being out in the field meeting with clients. We are specifically seeking candidates with a recruitment and/or sales background who are comfortable making both warm and cold calls, building client relationships, and generating new business opportunities. Some local travel is required, and candidates must currently reside in Orange County. We're looking for high-energy, service-driven professionals who are goal-oriented, confident, and motivated by results. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy relationship building, and be driven by uncapped commission, career growth, and a motivating, fun culture. Strong multitasking skills, professionalism, customer service, and comfort using computer systems are essential.
