What You'll Do Sales Management :
Balance time between prospecting for new clients and nurturing existing relationships to maximize both acquisition and retention
Relationship Portfolio Oversight :
Manage a diverse portfolio of client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional service delivery
Revenue Generation :
Drive new sales while identifying expansion opportunities within your existing client base
Client Needs Assessment :
Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to understand evolving client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Strategic Account Planning :
Develop and execute account strategies that strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
Client Advocacy :
Serve as the primary advocate for your clients, ensuring their needs are met across all service touchpoints
Sales Process Management :
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding
Market Engagement :
Represent the company at networking events and industry functions to build your professional network
What You'll Bring Sales Experience :
3-5 years combining sales and relationship management experience
Sales Success :
Track record of meeting or exceeding goals while maintaining high client satisfaction
Strategic Mindset :
Ability to think strategically about both immediate opportunities and long-term relationship development
Organizational Skills :
Strong project management abilities to juggle multiple clients, prospects, and initiatives simultaneously
Technology Proficiency :
Experience with CRM systems and relationship management tools helpful!
Education :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or sales
