Sales Consultant

Talent Elite Partners is partnering with a highly respected Financial Services organization to hire an accomplished Senior Sales Professional . This role is built for professionals who consistently deliver, lead consultative sales cycles, and thrive in performance-driven environments.

What You'll Do:

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, and close Build and expand relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders Develop and manage a strong pipeline with accurate follow-through and forecasting Consistently exceed targets by closing high-value, consultative deals Partner with internal teams to sharpen strategy, messaging, and execution What You'll Bring Proven success in a quota-based, consultative sales role (or strong entrepreneurial revenue experience) Strong executive presence, communication skills, and relationship-building ability Pipeline discipline and a track record of closing complex deals Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
