Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track leads, and manage customer data accurately. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our technology products and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively. Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales environments. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly. Demonstrated ability in business development through outbound calling strategies. Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of marketing techniques related to warm calling and lead nurturing processes. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
