We are seeking enthusiastic and drivenSales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will educate customers about the benefits of exterior cleaning , develop tailored solutions to meet their needs, and guide them through the sales process. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference and who excel in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and company-provided opportunities. Conduct consultations with homeowners to assess their energy needs and present customized solar solutions. Clearly explain the benefits of solar energy, including financial savings and environmental impact. Prepare and deliver proposals, ensuring customers understand the installation process and financing options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and local market regulations.Qualifications:
Previous sales experience (solar experience is a plus, but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for renewable energy. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and product offerings. Proficiency in using CRM software. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.What We Offer:
