You'll be the front line of our growth engine, generating high-quality leads for our licensed agents while representing ParkHill with professionalism and compliance. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume strategic outbound calling to Maryland homeowners, landlords, renters, and small-to-medium businesses Research prospects and deliver personalized, value-driven conversations instead of generic scripts Qualify leads through smart discovery: uncover insurance needs, coverage gaps, life events, budget, and decision-making timeline Educate prospects on ParkHill's advantages — affordable tailored policies, easy process, and local expert support Confidently handle objections while maintaining full compliance with TCPA, DNC, and Maryland insurance regulations Set high-quality appointments for licensed producers/agents Maintain clean CRM records and consistently hit daily activity and appointment targets Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, qualification criteria, and processes Continuously improve through call coaching, feedback, and market insights Who We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in outbound sales development, appointment setting, or high-volume calling (insurance or financial services experience is a strong plus) Someone who enjoys and excels in fast-paced, target-driven sales environments — you like the energy, the metrics, and the wins A true strategic caller : You prepare, personalize, listen actively, and qualify thoughtfully rather than just dialing Resilient, positive, and motivated by uncapped earning potential and clear goals Strong communicator with excellent phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly Organized and disciplined with CRM usage (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Self-motivated self-starter who owns their results Comfortable making focused high activity (typically 80-150+ dials/day in a high-energy setting)
