KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales - Inbound & Outbound) | Cross-Border, FX, or International Payments exp a + We are hiring ambitious and highly motivated Sales Development Representatives to support the growth of our corporate sales team within the within the international payments, cross-border payments, and FX industry. This is an entry-level to early-career sales role focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and creating qualified opportunities for Business Development Managers. We are looking for energetic candidates who thrive in fast-paced sales environments and are eager to build a long-term career in fintech, payments, or financial services sales. Core Objectives Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for BDMs Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels Identify businesses with international payment, cross-border payment, and FX needs Build and maintain prospect lists and pipeline activity in CRM Quality leads based on business fit and opportunity potential Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams Consistently achieve activity and meet targets Required 2+ years of lead generation, customer-facing, or sales experience preferred; however, entry-level and early-career candidates will also be considered Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and outreach Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline Coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales Competitive mindset with resilience and persistence Experience using CRM systems is beneficial but not essential Preferred Industry Backgrounds / Competitor Experience We are open to candidates from a broad range of high-performance sales environments.
