Job Description

The RoleWe're looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth for Company SEO, AEO, and GEO service lines. You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with marketing decision-makers at target accounts
- building a healthy, predictable pipeline for our sales team.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other multi-channel sequences
- Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Growth leads) at brands that could benefit from
SEO/AEO/GEO
services- Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately based on fit and intent
- Clearly articulate Company's value proposition, including our proprietary AI visibility tracking platform, Tesseract
- Book qualified discovery calls/demos for Account Executives and leadership
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect activity and pipeline in the CRM
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly/quarterly meeting and pipeline targets
- Stay current on SEO, AEO, and GEO trends to speak credibly with prospects
- Collaborate closely with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and lead listsWhat You Bring (Required)
- Agency experience is a must
- you've worked in an SDR/BDR capacity at a marketing, digital, or advertising agency and understand how agency sales cycles work
- Proven experience selling SEO services
- you can speak fluently to SEO value props and handle objections from marketing buyers
- Experience selling SaaS
- you've sold subscription/software products and are comfortable with recurring-revenue sales motions
- 1-3+ years of SDR/BDR experience with a track record of hitting quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent cold email and cold call craft
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo)
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Based in the United StatesNice to Have
- Experience selling or familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) or GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) services
- Existing network of marketing decision-makers at mid-market/enterprise brands
- Experience selling into e-commerce, D2C, SaaS, or enterprise verticalsWhat We Offer
- Fully remote work environment
- Base salary: $57,000
- 68,000, commensurate with experience
- On-target earnings (OTE): $85,000
- 95,000, with uncapped accelerators above 100% quota
- Commission paid on qualified meetings booked and opportunities created
