Job Description
Sweet City Landscapes is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound residential leads and schedule qualified appointments for our design/build and maintenance teams. This role is responsible for responding quickly to new inquiries, qualifying leads, maintaining organized CRM records, and ensuring a strong client experience from first contact through appointment scheduling. Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads by phone, text, and email Qualify residential landscaping and design/build opportunities Schedule appointments for estimators/designers Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in HubSpot Confirm appointments and improve show rates Follow structured follow-up processes to prevent lost leads Services We Offer Pavers & stonework Retaining walls & firepits Outdoor kitchens & lighting Artificial turf Irrigation & drainage Planting & landscaping Residential maintenance services Qualifications Strong communication skills Organized and process-driven Comfortable discussing budgets and timelines Consistent with follow-up CRM experience preferred (HubSpot is a plus) Landscaping, construction, or home service experience preferred Requirements Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be coachable and professional All applicants should have strong phone and customer service skills Compensation Base pay + performance incentives/bonuses Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company Join a team focused on professionalism, growth, and creating exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients.
