Role Overview Insight Global is seeking a Senior Sales Executive - Financial Services (BFSI) to drive new business development within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. This role focuses on new logo acquisition and selling technology and professional services solutions, with a strong emphasis on Quality Engineering, IT services, and digital transformation initiatives. Location Remote - United States Preferred candidates located in the Midwest or East Coast. Travel required for client meetings and industry events. Skills and Requirements 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services, technology consulting, or professional services 10+ years of experience within Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance domains 7+ years of experience supporting IT services delivery, solutioning, or consulting engagements Strong understanding of Quality Engineering, Software Testing, and IT services methodologies Solid knowledge of AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation initiatives Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Willingness and ability to travel as required Drive new logo sales within the Financial Services sector, focused on IT and Quality Engineering solutions Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance organizations Understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to craft customized sales and go-to-market strategies Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to support sustained revenue growth Collaborate with internal delivery and solutioning teams to provide tailored client solutions Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and assess competitive positioning Maintain accurate pipeline activity, opportunity tracking, and forecasting using CRM tools Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue projectionsSimilar jobs in Santa Clara, CA
