Full-Time Monday through Friday In Office Position About LRP Recycling LRP Contract Services LRP Recycling and LRP Contract Services are growing nationwide providers of mattress recycling, FF&E removal and installation, commercial moving, logistics, and labor services. We work with hotels, universities, healthcare facilities, property managers, and commercial clients throughout the United States. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our sales, accounting, collections, and daily administrative functions. This role is critical to keeping projects, customers, and internal operations running smoothly. About the Role This is an in-office position based in Holliston, MA. While occasional remote flexibility may be available, candidates must be able and willing to work from the office the majority of the time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, comfortable speaking with customers, and possesses strong administrative and bookkeeping skills. QuickBooks experience is required. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage customer and vendor communications via phone and email Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, follow-ups, and scheduling Update and maintain CRM records and customer information Generate invoices and maintain accurate customer accounts Manage collections and accounts receivable follow-up Work directly with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status Enter and maintain data in QuickBooks Assist with accounts payable and general bookkeeping support Coordinate project schedules and internal communication between departments Prepare project documentation, recycling certificates, and job files Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Support ownership and management with administrative tasks and reporting Help improve processes and procedures as the company continues to scale Qualifications Strong administrative and organizational skills QuickBooks experience is required Previous experience with collections and accounts receivable is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general business software Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Prior experience in logistics, transportation, construction, recycling, or service industries is a plus Add the following section to the "Qualifications" section of all three postings: What We're Looking For Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving abilities A team player who can also work independently Someone comfortable handling customer conversations regarding invoices and collections A professional who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and follow-through What We Offer Salary of $41,000 to $52,000 per year based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company Direct exposure to company leadership and decision-making A collaborative environment where your contributions make a meaningful impact How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note explaining why you would be a great fit for LRP Recycling and LRP Contract Services.
