Job Description

Overview The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the company's pricing and promotions to Alliance Laundry Systems customers. This role is a hybrid role with the office being located in Ripon, WI. Responsibilities Maintains pricing and promotion files Maintains customer master data in ERP system Administers and tracks price allowances, commercial national promotions, home retail promotions, and international matrix discounts Administers credits to customers for rebate type discounts Audits invoice pricing & allowances Assists with maintaining price sheets Assists with system pricing adjustments Ad hoc requests & projects
Qualifications Knowledge/Experience/Education:
Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required 1-3 years of experience working in a financial, sales or administration environment Proficiency with data entry, and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Access) Experience with SAP, highly preferred
Skills and Abilities:
Good analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and be a self-starter. Ability to independently plan, prioritize and carry out multiple tasks accurately and within deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization through verbal and written communication. Ability to identify process efficiency improvements Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
