Overview This is a revenue producing position. Your position begins at the beginning of contact with a client through the end delivery of the tour product. At Scenic Excursions, tour division of Niagara Scenic Tours - our goal is exceeding customer expectations while revenue producing and offering cost cutting options to maximize profitability while delivering excursions that are unmatched in the WNY area. Superior customer service and communication is expected as a function of your normal interaction.
Overview of Duties:
Product Development and Tour Planning:
Assist in product development, research of itinerary planning, communicating with vendors, booking venues for upcoming excursions. Work with Product Promotion Specialist & plan marketing to meet revenue goals & tour profitability. Assist in plannings, promote and executing Scenic Excursion exclusive events. Liaison/Specialist in new tour department reservation system software
Tour Operations:
- Proactive promotion / product promotion for trip departures
- Delivery of excursion that exceed customer expectations
- Communication with vendors to finalize trip preparation & logistics
- Detailed communication for tour host & motor coach operator
- Detailed customer travel documents
