Full-time We generate the leads. You run the appointments and close. No cold calling, no door knocking, no prospecting. Paid training ramp, then uncapped commission. No caps, no ceiling. Leads:
10-20 pre-set, qualified leads per week — no cold calling, no self-generation required
Comp:
Paid training/ramp period, then uncapped commission paid weekly

Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday and Monday off) What you sell: Premium basement egress windows, glass block, vinyl windows, exterior doors What you'll earn Paid training during your ramp period — you won't starve while you learn the product and process After ramp: uncapped commission, paid weekly. Top performers earn higher.
Expected earnings:
$85,000 - $160,000+ per year depending on ramp speed and lead flow Month 1 is learning. Month 2 you're building. Meet with homeowners, understand their needs, collaborate on the right design, present the solution and pricing, and help them make a decision — typically in one visit Measure and scope projects accurately for clean handoff to our in-house install crews Log all appointment outcomes in CRM and follow our structured sales process We review appointment recordings where permitted and with consent for coaching and skill development — not surveillance No construction background needed — we train you on the product.
