Founded in 2010, Our DJ Rocks is an all-female DJ company and Photobooth Rocks is a photo booth rental company. We specialize in weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, and trade shows - producing 600+ events annually. Our team is growing, and we're looking for someone who loves people, thrives in conversation, and isn't afraid to take action . This is not a behind-the-scenes role. Experience in hospitality, events, fitness, or customer-facing roles Experience creating reels or engaging on Instagram for business ✨ What You'll Be Doing Lead Follow-Up + Outreach (Core Focus) Call, text, and email new leads quickly and confidently Consistently follow up to book consultations and move deals forward Keep the pipeline active and organized Sales Growth + Training Train to lead wedding sales consultations Assist with proposals and client experience Support higher-level corporate sales as you grow In-Person Brand Presence Attend bridal shows, networking events, and vendor mixers Start conversations, generate leads, and build relationships Social Media Engagement (Sales-Focused) Engage with vendors and clients via DMs, comments, and stories Help create and post content that drives inquiries Turn engagement into real conversations and opportunities Sales Support + Operations Schedule consultations and manage calendars Assist with contracts, invoicing, and CRM updates Keep lead notes accurate and follow-ups on track Requirements Highest level of attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Docs/Sheets Experience with social media platforms and content tools Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across Central Florida Availability for evenings and weekends Job Details Full-time, hybrid role (in-office, remote, and on-site events) Core office hours: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm Additional availability required for: Evening networking events + vendor mixers Promotional events + activations Weekend bridal shows (primarily Sundays) This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the industry, meeting people, and building relationships, not someone looking for a strict 9-5 schedule. Many of our best connections (and biggest opportunities) happen outside traditional office hours this role is part of that. Schedule will vary week to week, with flexibility built in to balance daytime and evening hours.

Pay:
