Outside Sales Representative - Gulf South Region Architectural & Decorative Lighting Manufacturer Company Overview We are a growing manufacturer of premium handcrafted lighting products serving residential, commercial, hospitality, and custom construction markets throughout the Gulf South. Our products are recognized for exceptional craftsmanship, quality materials, and distinctive designs. As we continue to expand our dealer, builder, architect, and designer relationships, we are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our presence throughout the region. Position Summary The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and managing sales throughout the Gulf South territory, including Louisiana, Texas, Florida and surrounding markets. This individual will work closely with lighting showrooms, builders, architects, designers, contractors, and developers to promote our product line and generate new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities, and representing a premium American-made product. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with lighting showrooms, distributors, architects, designers, builders, and contractors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers and industry professionals Travel regularly throughout the Gulf South region. Attend networking events and customer meetings. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project support. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs. Achieve sales goals and territory growth objectives. Qualifications 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred. Experience in lighting, electrical products, architectural products, building materials, or related industries is highly desirable. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proven ability to develop new business and manage accounts. Professional appearance and presentation skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission structure. Uncapped earning potential.
