We specialize in luxury custom arrangements for everyday occasions, corporate gifting, and high-end event decor. We are looking for a motivated, charismatic Sales Representative to help us grow our corporate accounts and premium service segments. The Role As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with businesses and individuals who value high-quality floral artistry. This is an independent contractor position, perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

What You'll Do Prospect and Secure Corporate Accounts:

Reach out to HR managers, office admins, and corporate planners for weekly subscriptions and client gifting.

Build Partnerships:

Establish relationships with funeral homes and event venues for recurring sympathy and event floral needs.

Lead Generation:

Identify and follow up with high-value leads for weddings, galas, and large-scale productions.

Brand Representation:

Maintain our luxury brand voice in all communications, ensuring a professional and sophisticated experience for every client.

Reporting:

Provide weekly sales reports and updates on client acquisition efforts. What We're Looking For Experience in sales, preferably in the luxury goods, hospitality, or event industry. Excellent communication and "people skills"—you're charming, professional, and persistent. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. A passion for design, aesthetics, and delivering a premium customer experience. Compensation 10% Commission on all closed sales and new recurring contracts.
