Our team takes a proactive approach going beyond basic bookkeeping to provide KPI tracking, monthly reviews, and strategic insights that help businesses grow. Since 2021, we've scaled from 2 to 15 team members and now support over 125 clients, continuing to grow 40-45% year over year. 1099 Contractor | Commission-Only | Full-Time You'll Be Responsible For As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with small business owners, building relationships, presenting financial solutions, and closing deals. You will have full ownership of your pipeline and market. Prospect, network, and generate new business through local events and referrals Build and manage your pipeline using our CRM (Monday) Present and sell bookkeeping and financial visibility solutions Attend networking events, trade shows, and business groups Maintain and grow long-term client relationships Track activity, pipeline, and performance consistently Close deals and contribute to overall company growthQualifications and Requirements Required:
Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles Comfortable generating your own leads through networking and outreach Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a high level of accountability Eligible to work in the U.S.Preferred:
Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries Background working with small business owners Familiarity with CRM systems Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-driven attitude Compensation Commission-only role starting at 25%, with long-term earnings potential of $150K+ within 2-3 years. Earnings are performance-based and uncapped.
