We pride ourselves on reliable products, strong customer relationships, and excellent service. We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to expand market reach, grow our customer base, and support existing clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, promoting product lines, and supporting project needs from inquiry through delivery. This role combines field sales, customer relationship management, and building materials expertise. Ideal for someone who is proactive, knowledgeable, and comfortable working with contractors and construction professionals. Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Growth Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with contractors, builders, landscapers, and commercial clients. Conduct regular outbound sales visits. Prepare and deliver quotes, bids, and proposals. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Provide product recommendations and technical guidance. Follow up on project leads, RFQs, and open quotes. Maintain accurate account information and activities in CRM. Product & Market Knowledge Stay informed on industry trends, competitor pricing, and market conditions. Support product demos, vendor trainings, and promotional events. Order Coordination & Project Support Work closely with inside sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Communicate delivery schedules, availability, and lead times to customers. Assist with resolving order issues, returns, and product questions. Visit job sites as needed to support customers. Reporting & Administrative Duties Maintain detailed sales records, forecasts, and activity notes. Provide weekly sales updates to management. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1-2 years of sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
